Refund Policy

VyntaOne Pro subscription

Every account starts with a free tier and a 14-day Pro trial, so you can fully evaluate Pro before paying anything. Because of that trial, renewals are non-refundable — cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge.

If your first Pro payment isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days of that first charge for a full refund. Accidental or duplicate charges are always refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.

Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period. We don’t pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

Payments your clients make to you

Payments that your clients make for change orders are processed by your own connected Razorpay/PayPal account and settle directly to you — VyntaOne never holds that money. Refunds for those payments are handled by you with your client, through your payment provider’s dashboard.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vyntaone.com from your account email with the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
