These Terms govern your use of VyntaOne (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to them.
The Service
VyntaOne helps freelancers record an approved project scope, compare new client requests against it, generate change orders, and collect payment. VyntaOne is a software tool, not a party to your agreements with your clients and not a legal, accounting, or payment-services provider.
Your account & content
Please keep your login secure and use VyntaOne lawfully, uploading only content you have the right to use. Connecting a payment account is completely optional — any keys you add are encrypted, used only to collect payments on your behalf, and can be removed at any time.
Plans & billing
Free includes unlimited projects and scope comparisons. New accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro features; after that, Pro features require a paid subscription, billed monthly via Paddle (our merchant of record). You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals.
Client payments
When you connect your own Razorpay or PayPal account, client payments are processed by those providers and settle directly to you — VyntaOne never holds your funds. Those payments are subject to the respective provider’s terms and fees.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is.” The change-order text and reports are drafts to help you communicate — they are not legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyntaOne is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and if we are ever found liable, the most we would owe you is capped at the total subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of India. We may update these Terms; we will post the updated date above.
